This is not a City of San Dimas or City of La Verne Project. It is a State regulated, by-right development proposal through the County of Los Angeles.
The following project is in an unincorporated area between the cities of La Verne and San Dimas and is being managed by Los Angeles County. Both the cities of La Verne and San Dimas do not have direct jurisdiction over the project area but will work with the County to ensure resident feedback is taken into consideration.
