The purpose of the Youth and Family Action Committee (YFAC) Executive Board is to encourage, coordinate and facilitate the involvement of citizens and community organizations in combating the problems of substance abuse, gang activity, and community violence.
The three-fold mission of the Youth & Family Action Committee is:
The members of the Youth & Family Action Committee serve voluntarily and do not get paid any compensation. They are appointed by Council Members and serve 2-year terms with a a maximum of 3 terms.
Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are available following approval.
